   I has been a crazy 17 days since I last sent an email to you wonderful people on my list. What have I been up to? Hey there friends! I've been sick as a dog for about 2 weeks with a titanic cold. Yes, a cold. "Just" a cold, but this one is a pip, rhinovirus on steroids!! Coughing, stuffed up nose, stuffy head, achy, tired, sore throat. Mainly the coughing and stuffiness is bothering me the most.
