Hey People,
I have 2 in person gigs in Hallandale at The Blues Burghers in November thanks to my friend, the fabulous Sista Marybeth. The first of those gigs is this Thursday, and the other is Nov 27, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Ain't that Black Friday? Well, in Hallandale it is known as BLUE Friday.
I also will have a virtual/remote gig on November 18th for a wonderful New Jersey organization called Music For All Seasons. I used to work for them a lot when I lived in New York up until 2017. That gig will be pre-recorded and I may be able to post some of the video online. More about that soon.

Since 2004 I have updated and revised the song. I added a bridge. I also changed the chorus to:
One man one vote
One woman one vote
One person one vote
It’s been days since the election was awarded to our President Elect Joe Biden and Vice President Elect Kamala Harris. Trump LOST. Biden WON. However, Trump and his allies have been making wild claims that there was massive voter fraud but they have yet to show one iota of evidence that dead people were voting. In fact, no one has EVER been able to prove that there was “massive voter fraud” anywhere in the country. Ever. It’s a MYTH. A fabrication. An outright LIE. One of 20 or 25 thousand LIES that Trump has told since coming to office.
Now ELECTION FRAUD is whole other issue, but they won’t talk about that because the Republicans have that down to a science. Voter roll purges. Onerous voter ID laws. Reallocating voter machines from Democratic to Republican precincts. And numerous other onerous trickery to stifle Democratic voters.
Election fraud is committed on a massive scale masterminded and organized by politicians who would rather select their voters rather have the voters select their politicians.
Voter fraud is committed by voters voting illegally one person at a time. Again, there's NEVER been any evidence that any election was ever won by dead people voting. There are cases of voters voting illegally, even voting twice, and people stealing other people's identities to vote under their name, but it is very rare, a minute fraction of one percent. Billions of LEGAL ballots have been cast in thousands of local, state, and national elections across the country for over 220 years.

Trump lost Pennsylvania by at least 45,000 votes when last I checked which is MORE than Trump’s margin of victory in a few states that gave him the Presidency in 2016. Biden is also ahead in Arizona and Georgia. Trump would need all 2 states to overtake Biden’s lead in the Electoral College vote.
Not only that but Biden is ahead in the popular vote by 5 million and the number is growing, while Hillary “only” beat Trump by less than 3 million. Of course the popular vote doesn’t count. But it should.
Biden came on strong once states started counting the mail in ballots. That is because Democrats encouraged people to stay safe during the pandemic and vote by mail while Trump encouraged his supporters to go in person to the polls and risk getting sick. I guess he thinks the virus won’t attack Trump supporters but actually science says that ALL viruses are completely apolitical.
Trump will have to PROVE his outlandish claim that more than 45,000 dead people and illegal aliens committed voter fraud with EVIDENCE. Evidence that no one anywhere has ever been able to find, not even Trump’s OWN commission which was headed up by Kris Kobach in 2017 to find the millions of “illegal votes” that gave Hillary the popular vote over Trump in 2016.
Trump refuses to concede, claims he won when there is NO basis WHATSOEVER to claim victory, refuses to allow Biden access to vital documents and information, refuses to cooperate in a peaceful transition. WHo knows what else he may try to do while he still holds the reins of power?
When it comes to being a good loser, Trump is a real loser.

GUITAR / BASS / HARMONICA LESSONS
From award winning recording artist & seasoned educator Robert Ross
I will be taking on a limited number of dedicated guitar, bass, and harmonica students regardless of age or current level of expertise.
Robert is a two time New York Music Award winner and a New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee. Robert is known for a wide variety of blues, jazz, soul, country, rock ‘n’ roll, folk, and other roots music. Robert worked and recorded with Big Joe Turner and also worked with Lightnin’ Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, Otis Rush, Big Mama Thornton, Brownie McGhee, Memphis Slim, and other legends. One of Robert’s songs was recorded by Johnny Winter, and two other songs appeared on the soap opera “All My Children”. The Robert Ross Band has released 7 internationally distributed CDs and toured two continents. Robert has been teaching guitar for more then 25 years privately, and 13 years in NYC public schools. Robert’s work in the schools has been cited by the NY State Council of the Arts (NYSCA) for “best practices in arts in education programming”.
