After ROSS ’n’ ROSE perform from 5pm to 7pm, there will be more music in the Grand Ballroom starting at 7:30 pm with THE FLORIDA SWAMP CATS + DOUG DEMING & THE JEWEL TONES. Admission for that is $10 at the door, or a Wristband for the event may be purchased out by the pool up until 7pm.

ROSS ’n’ ROSE won the South Florida Blues Challenge in the Solo/Duo category featuring Heidi “Heidi Ho” Rosenbaum (drums); and Robert Ross (vocals, guitar, slide guitar & harmonica) from 3pm - 6pm. Winning the Blues Challenge entitles us to compete in Memphis TN starting on January 29, 2020 in the International Blues Challenge. This is a fundraiser to help with the expenses for that competition. Suggested Admission is $5, plus we’ll pass the hat. $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets. The winner of the raffle splits half the pot with Ross ’n’ Rose.

This benefit was moved from November 23, 2019 to February 8, 2020. The concert is for the Bahamas which was slammed by Hurricane Dorian on September 2, 2019. The category 5 monster stalled over the island nation for 24 hours with sustained winds of 185 mph. The island was completely devastated. There was extensive flooding, widespread destruction, and many deaths. In the aftermath, the people have to deal with power outages, lack of food, water, and housing,There is also concerns about the spread of disease. This concert is a benefit for the Bahamas.
