ROSS 'n' ROSE featuring Robert Ross on guitar, slide guitar, harmonica & lead vocals; and Heidi "Heidi Ho" Rosenbaum on drums & backup vocals recently won the South Florida Blues Challenge in the solo/duo category. Winning qualifies us to compete in the International Blues Challenge (IBC) on Beale St in Memphis from January 28, 2020 to Feb 1, 2020. We're looking forward to competing with the world's best Blues musicians on an international stage.
We started a fundraiser to assist with the expenses which includes 5 nights of hotel rooms, round trip airfare, and food for 5 days. Not to mention not working for 6 straight days. It costs about $1500 each for the trip, $3000 in all, and we are grateful for even 50% of that.
